Emails
Question: For the POP emails, can I add progressively? i.e for a start maybe 1 then two months later another few and so on..
Answer: For email POPs, you can add from 1 to 6 progressively. Should you require more emails, you can add in groups of 3 POP mails each time, with the standard size 3MB per mail. We charge S$1 per MB per month, payable yearly.

Question: How should I make my payments?

SGNIC
Question: I have a valid RCB number which I used to apply for my.sg domain name. Why is it that SGNIC still requires me to fax my cert over?
Answer: You may have recently applied for your domain name and the results are not updated in RCB's online database ( http://web9.internet.gov.sg/rcb/owa/find.main). To expedite your request, we suggest that you fax your original RCB cert to SGNIC at 7747525. Please include domain name applied in your fax
